Khmer youths need to stand up against ah hun xen' regimes with all cost or khmer youths will not have the country to live. Ah hun xen thugs give it all to ah youn.
If it happen in US or UE, the shooter will be punished jail for life,if the shooter happen to police officer their superior police chief wil be fired,the city mayor that controlled police force will be sued for wrongful killing innocent by stander (Mao Sok Chan) That city will be sued for multimillions dollars for wrongful killing.All polices and mayor position in that city will be in jepoedyed.The comment above @1:52am,doesn't know what he is talking about,he probably just a little frog in a small water well doesn't know how big the pond nor the sea water is,beside he little water well....Also,UE/US the polices sworn in to serves and protects all citizens,unlike Cpp to seeks and destroys whom ever that not it's cronies,it only happen in Cambodia that killed the victims and blamed the victims!...Its yuon tactics...
I agree with you,police has code of conducts/code of ethic.Thugs doesn't has any code of conducts,so they operate out outside the rule of laws! Cpp Hun sen is thugism his policemen were his thugs.

If Mao Sok Chan were killed in EU or USA, the killer is in jail already and the youths do not have to do any thing.
