Congratulation for gentlemen from French and usa to fight 4 dogs that they wanted to bite a young who really a justice .

Phay Siphan and Ros Chantrabot had lived in America for over 10 years but they still acted like thugs. These victims should go to Radio Free Asia or VOA to expose the thuggish behavior of these crooked officials.

If one of these guys used to live in the USA, someone should alert the IRS or the FBI about the tone of money that he worked for Hun Sen whenever he comes back to live in the US again. Perhaps right after Sam Rainsy take the full control of Cambodia.
