I think it might be a better idea if she sets up an online account with pay pal or something so that people living outside Cambodia can send their donation towards Cambodian flood appeal [or whatever she needs money for] through her. I could be wrong about this, of course.
That the best policy for cnrp,because this policy they support every body,all khmer all party they don't care who from cpp or what ever for the all khmer who is suffering from flooding in the country,not like cpp they help only who they are from cpp only,that mean this kind of party they are racist for their own people,this party should not even seen in khmer any more.
