រដ្ឋប្រហារគឺជាការប្លន់អំណាចពីប្រជារាស្រ្ត ដោយមានការតែងតាំងស្ថាប័នដឹកនាំរដ្ឋ ដោយខុសច្បាប់ តាមវិធីក្តៅ ឬវិធីត្រជាក់។វិធីក្តៅគឺរដ្ឋប្រហារយោធាដោយប្រើកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ។ វិធីត្រជាក់គឺរដ្ឋប្រហាររដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ដោយរំលោភរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ន្ទាប់ពីលួចប្លន់សន្លឹកឆ្នោតពីប្រជារាស្រ្ត ដូចដែលគណបក្សប្រជាជន កម្ពុជា បានធ្វើតាំងពីចុងខែកក្កដាកន្លងមក។
The CNRP is organizing a press conference tomorrow 25 September in order to denounce the constitutional coup being perpetrated by the CPP which illegally clings on to power by violating the Constitution after manipulating the last July elections and violating the will of the people.

CNRP please stated clear about your conference because many Khmer may not understand what you're referring to. They do not understand and want to crack the code; they want you to speak clearly in plain Khmer language.
Denounce the Monarchy because the King is the final decision to proceed without two party involved. And to denounce the high way robbery thief right before the worlds eyes CPP.
Stay firm on your ground because of people wants changes,if you flip flop you'll fall into the TRAPS set by Hanoi-Cpp like prince Run4ridh in 1993 again.Please people put all their hoped and trusted in you [CNRP]Please make it happen for your people that stood with you on your ideal of changes for Democracy,the real Democracy one not fakes democracy like under Hun sen because he wants to use his tactics to begs for donation from world's donor nations.
