Miss Sin Rozeth is very brave indeed!

Police block people from attending the public forum in Battambang organised by an NGO on 22/8/13 where the guest speaker was MP-elect MU Sochua, who was slightly injured during a clash with the police.

if,, they said no is no,

same in EU -USA, if authorities said no is no,, if they dared,,

polices will have thier rights to re-enforce

Unlike in the West, Authorities in Cambodia don't give a hoot the the laws.

The authorities violate the constitution. The constitution says people's rights of assembly and freedom of expressions are guaranteed by the constitution. Also this is private property, so the authorities have no right to block people from entering and leaving the property. They have the rights to do whatever they wanted as long as it is not against the laws.
