Mr. Tut Panha (pictured), 27 years old, who was the organizer of Peace Roses rally, which supposed to happen yesterday at 4pm, has made a telephone call from municipal police headquarter in this afternoon, saying that he is being detained. He added that he can't go into details for more info about the arrest because he is being closely watched by the police. Actions shall to be taken in this case. Virak Ou: Four young men are now questioned at the municipality court in PP for giving flowers to military coming to Phnom Penh. Their crime: asking the military to not use violence during protests. CCHR is following this case and investigate further. The government might use this as an excuse to bring charges on opposition politicians as well.

Correction: 2 young women and 2 young men are now charged with incitement after questioning at PP court. We don't know where they are taken.

The four young people arrested on Thursday are now charged with "incitement" for giving flowers to troops and appealing to them not to use violence against civilians. This is a message from the CPP to opposition leaders that they could be next. The CPP always uses the courts to silence dissenting voices. How can any observer not see this? The question is are observers going to just watch the CPP robbed people's voting rights, threaten them and arrest them?
