11:24, we Khmer are not mad at the vietnamese that have been living in Cambodia for generation. we consider them as Khmer with proper paper. we Khmer are mad because of the new vietnamese coming from vietnam recently or a few years back without proper paper and yet allowed to vote. if the Khmer govt. won't do anything we as khmer people will stop them.

when they became to khmer's citizen, they had full rights to do so, that the int'l law..
