The results of this election will never truly justify...because the NEC is backed by cpp.they will manipulate in any way possible to win to be in power so the average poor khmer citizens will die slowly through each generation.khmer have wiped out millions during pot pol regime. ..now this is other regime under dominant Hun Sen...khmer will never kill its own people unless they were brain washed by vietnamies dictator. ..
Please ...I call khmer to protest this election outcome....

Did the Cambodia Assembly adopt the simple majority of 50 plus 1. IF so can CNRP, who is predicted to get 55 seats would be able to pass any legislation or make amendment to the current laws by simply majority of CNRP anonymously along the party line with 55 votes.
So CNRP has sufficient power at parliament to do something with 55 votes to pressure Hun Sen government to comply.

Fuck you Mike, go fuck yourself, ass hole.

Khmerization should remove this results, don't confuse the public, because the official results are not in yet.
We should hold to our initial finding of 76 seats.
We must reject the result if the CPP win.

Folks, you should check the total number of the seats that are supposed to gain by CPP and CNRP. From the NGO table CPP is ganining 61 and CNRP, 62. When I do simple summation of the seat, I found CPP, 64 while CNRP, only 59. How stupid that NGO is playing with number?

When averaging the total vote for CPP and CPP based on that NGO table, again I found CPP gets 51% support while CNRP, only 49%.

Don't take it for granted, check it out!

11:07 am, it's the other way around. Seeing the numbers of people joining the CNRP rally, voting for the CNRP and results from all the polling booths, the CNRP should win at least 90 seats and the CPP is lucky to get 10 seats. The CPP changed the result to 68 seats, that's why it claimed victory. This is pure cheating!

7:06 pm, it's not as simple as doing math. The Cambodian electoral system has a method of allocating the seats, which is based on the "highest remaining average". This is hard to explain, but it's not like a math calculation.

How can we arrive at 61 and 62? Can someone explain?
