Should America and EU remove fund and support to Cambodia?
I think I think. Besies democracy problems, America and European Countries want to cut down funds to Cambodia for the following reasons 1. Cambodia intervene with Philippine, Vietnam, and China on South China Sea. 2. America think that, he rather put Cambodia isolated than let Cambodia cause problems in the region. 3. Now, Myanmar become American ally. 4. Cambodia is nothing good for American allies, nor helping America allies. 5. Vietnam now has strong tie with America.
ONLY CAMBODIA that is the only bad country in Southeast Asia.
The current Hun Sen government is not the will of Cambodian people. They are biasing to China for the corrupted money. If America don't kick Hun Sen's ass out, the communist China will use Cambodia as their logistic site. Don't trust Vietnam too much, history reveals they are good in switching side.
If the CNRP won the election without the NEC’s reform, its popularity will be skyrocketing, and Cambodia will live forever. Khmer people will be ecstatic.
One major difference between this election and the last election is an overwhelming participation from the people, especially from the youths. This would help partly deter the electoral fraud.
One trick that this puppet party might have been using is switching the boxes.
The evil Vietnam defeated France by digging the tunnels up to France’s major operation offices.
Therefore, the CNRP’s members should look under the table of every poll station to see is there is anything suspicious – maybe some small short tunnel under those tables.
There were some speculations that in the last election, there were some boxes filled with the casting vote that the fishermen found in the rivers.
If some of the CNRP’s members are Vietnam’s spies, and the CNRP has designated them to look out for fraud in the poll station, it would be easy for the puppet party to “buy” the other that are not spies.
This is just one of the possibilities of the fraud that we should look out for – switching boxes.

Everybody knows that NEC is Hun Sen's pupet and absolutely is not free and fair.
Sam Rainsy is not allowed to be elected as a candidate.
If CNRP is still willing to join the election by knowing it will be lost. It will be too late
