I , Bou Meng, victim of S-21 during
Democratic Kampuchea regime and currently Vice-Chairman of Victims Association
of Democratic Kampuchea "Ksaem Ksan".
Regarding the declaration of
Mr. Chum Mey that he will lead a protest against Mr. Kem Sokha, it must be
clear that this is his own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of Victims
Association Ksaem Ksan (Please read Association's statement released on June 1,
2013).
The Association has a policy
to reconcile the nation not to divide the nation.
I wish to make this statement
in writing because although I have declared several times that I would remain
neutral, there were still rumors that I would participate in the protest.
Therefore I wish the public be
informed about my standpoint. Never will I accept to use my position as victim
to gain anything at all.

NGOs and Human Right activist must stay away from Bou Meng and Chum Mey. They are not honest people, they do not represt the real victim of the Khmer Rouge regime.
Everyone knows that behind the Khmer Rouge regime is the Vietnamese just as the Vietnamese had been supporting and killing Cambodia for the past 33 years.
Chum Mey is playing a dangerous game here by accepting to be a Vietnamese dog.
Dumb/ignorant person easy to fool by professional Psychopath like Cpp-yuon's dogs Hun sen,money is everythings to the poor and ignorant individuals,in recently the case of Chum Mey is one of them,before that the case of witnessing Mr Mam Sonando's accusers bribed by professional Psychopath's Cpp thugs to put Mr Mam Sonando in prison unjust.Now Chum Mey play a role as Cpp politicals' tool again to exchanged for the money and 15minutes of fame ,its turn out to be LIFE TIME OF SHAME!....As my beloved Kanha Theary called "SUPER VICTIM" Mr Chum Mey made his career by playing a role of pitiful victim of Toul Sleng S-21 by accused freedom of speech/opinion by Sokha as a person who denied him victimized rights as a jail bird in S-21 during K.R era,Chum Mey not realize that behind all the killingfield was Yuon who created the monsters called Pol pot and Hun sen these two were the same which was yuon's dogs.

Much clever that Pagoda boy Hun Sen because Pol pot turned against Yuon thawise Yuon eliminated him by invaded Cambodia and ousted the regime that was no longer useful for them [Yuon] Pol pot was much loved his motherland with ambitions to take back what was belong to khmers the rightful owner of our land from Yieknamization/colonization/ imperialism of Yuon,Pol pot was real patriotism who protected and defense his beloved country (Cambodia) I am not deny that S-21 not happened under his leadership.

Cpp regime was created by Yuon Hanoi that stolen from Mr Penn Savann who was the Prime minister at the time by Hun sen dirty tricks with the help of WHO!? Well,with the help ogre Yuon Hanoi again,because Mr Penn Savann won't listen or obey Yuon ordered to kill khmers,Hun sen on other hand obeyed his Boss Yuon Hanoi with all his heart thawise he still in power until today.Hun sen will do anything in his power to help his boss Hanoi without hesitation of killing khmers innocent whose in his way coup defeat 1997 prove it as evidence that back up my point of view you all knew that too....Please don't be foreigners' servant and destroyed your own khmers'race like Cpp-Hun sen have done in the past 29yrs.

Good on you Bou Meng. You are an honest, respectable and a dignified person for trying to be neutral and not to become a political pawn of politicians. I regret that Chum Men, whom I used to respect, has chosen to become a puppet and pawn of Hun sen.
