Sam & Kem said that CNRP will get 54% whereas CPP will get 46% of the votes . I wonder whether they won't recognize the result , when they get 54% of the votes with the non- overhauled NEC ? When they win - the NEC is fair When they lose - the NEC is biased Why don't they boycott the election ?
With Hun Sen controlling everything and he orchestrated protests and lawsuits against Kem Sokha, the opposition won't win and it's natural for the opposition to say that they will not recognize the election results because Hun sen and the CPP will cheat to win.
