Prime Minister Hun Sen warned again on Friday that the country’s
infrastructure and education sector would suffer in the wake of a loss
by his ruling CPP in the July 28 national election, tapping again into
an area of concern for many of the country’s rural voters.
Speaking to hundreds of people at the inauguration of a
Vietnamese-funded school in Kompong Cham province’s Stung Trang
district, Mr. Hun Sen also denied being a puppet of his neighbor.
"When I speak Vietnamese, they allege that I am a puppet of Vietnam, but when I speak English, why don't they call me a puppet of America?" Mr. Hun sen said after conversing in Vietnamese with businessman Le Van Kiem, whose Vietnamese investment firm spent $560,0000 on the school building in the district.
"I will not be anyone's puppet - not toally not," Mr. Hun Sen added.

No , altough Hun Sen speaks English or Spanish , he is
still the Viet puppet . Several times , Hun Sen said that he
would donate a coffin to anyone who want to claim Khmer
land from Vietnam . He has punished anyone who protested
against Vietnam' encroachment . Hun Sen signed the Concessioned Land to Vietnam for 99 years and it's 100+ times bigger than the size lawfully allowed - The well planned invasion , Hun Sen has done at Hanoi wishes .
In spite of Hun doesn't speak Chinese , he is also the very
Chinese Puppet . He has been judged by his action not

Before I didn't believe that Hun sen can speak Vietnamese until he admitted now. This shows that Hun Sen tried very hard to please his Viet master by trying to master his master's language.
Hun sen English or Yirkcongese's languages was broken like he once was as a poor farmer-boy/pagada-boy!....Spoken Yiekcong or English like him no one will understand a thing that come out of his mouth,Hun sen can't even speaks Khmer right,how in the hell he can speaks these complicate languages? My heart and ears hurts to hear he speaks Khmer so rude and cranky all the time attack anyone who he disagree with,except his boss hanoi.

Hai Phuc is a Vietnamese. He was born in Kapong Cham, where he was kicked out of the temple he was recruited with the Vietnamese traning camp set up inside of Eastern Cambodia. He became fluence in Vietnamese not because he studied the language but because he was trained by the Vietnamese how to be a Vietnamese.
This Hai Phuc also had a Vietnamese name given by the Vietnamese solider for his ruthless killing, where he was promoted to be a commander of a battalion of 1000 men.

If you want to stay in power for 30 more years, it is OK if you :
1. Resciend all the 99 year leases with Vietnam, and claim back Koh Tral and other Khmer lands at the Yuon borders.
2. Curtail Yuon immigration, legal or otherwise
3. Root out all Yuon's spies from every sector of the government
4. Deploy Khmer soldiers along the borders with Vietnam
5. If the Viets use military forces against or invade Cambodia, you will take Vietnam to the UN and/or the International Courts of Justice at The Hague.
6. Adhere to the principles of democracy for all Khmer people.
If and when you accomplish all of the above, not only Khmers stop calling you a Yuon's puppet, you could become a Khmer Hero.
