Secret document alleges that Sok An authorized leasing of land along the border of Kirivong district (Takeo) to Vietnamese companies.
Below is a letter alleged to have been written by Takeo Provincial Governor Mr. Srey Beng to Interior Minister Sar Kheng telling him that Sok An had authorised the leasing of border lands to Vietnamese companies.

Sok An is one of the most corrupt government officials. He leased Angkor Wat to Sok Kong, leased Bokor Resort Mountain to Sok Kong and many hectares of concession land to Chinese and Vietnamese companies. I think the claim that Sok An authorized the leasing of Cambodian lands along the border to Vietnamese companies is true.

Sound like a good dog is begging its master(Sar Kheng) just to be his servant forever just give (Srey Beng) a dog a job as governor in Takeo province forever....This is just a letter to informed Sar Kheng about secret land leased along yuon-khmer's border to Yuon company by yuon's secret agent name Sok Anh,thatwise you didn't see any signature in this letter.
Sok Anh is yuon's secret agent and stolen Khmer's land leased to Yuon company under Hun Sen's nose! How dumb was Hun sen that allowed this kind of deal went through without say anything or perhaps stop the deal?Please dig deeper to find more secret deal/illegal deal and expose the corrupts deals to public to know.

This is insane, if it's true. The national congress should have their final say whether the border land area should be contracted out to foreign neighbors where they always wanted to swallow Cambodia land, piece by piece. This is not acceptable and must be cancelled immediately to prevent future confusion giving this piece of land away to another country, intentionally or unintentional.

Enough said about the CPP. We can all write and express opinion to kingdom come, for any effect. Best to mobilise and do something for our motherland - ESPECIALLY TO RID OF THE CPP/KR AND THOSE KISSING THEIR ASS (e.g. the FUNCINPEC)!!!
