If Mr Cheam Phen is a senator from the opposition parties, his immunity would have been stripped and he will be sent to the Kangoroo Court. In this case, Hun Sen had taken no action against the CPP senator.
About ten years ago, it was close to the election time and there was a scam : a private job placement company sent its representatives to collect money from desperate families who wanted to send their children and siblings to work abroad. After the money collections, the company, which was owned by Hun Sen's relative, did not provide any jobs as promised. Mr Premier stepped in and used national coffers to recompense .
Every victim of the scam thanked Hun Sen for his act of kindness. It's election time again. I wonder whether Mr Hun Sen's relative owned some shares of the Brewing Company in scandal?..

Maybe it just a trick to show his kindness to gain vote wait and see...
Mr Hun Sen said that " No one can escape the responsibility , he will not condone
any person who involved in the destruction of the villiagers' properties " . He has known
very well that the outlawed eviction was made possible by the officials' corruption .
If he was serious , he would not fail to send his Anti Corruption Unit to investigate the matter along with his son's Land Dipute Unit . Hun Sen is the real NATO .
