How can Cambodia Herald written article base on the words "Maybe" accusing the other party without merit or proof? This culture must stop to heal the wound of hatred between khmers and khmers.
Kmenhwatt
not CPP was sending soldiers,
however, may be this guy drunk driving, may be he was on drugs,,,
strange acting & open fired, by lawmaker - he gotta be on drugs & alcoholic
This is problem with people living in Cambodia - they open fire for car scratching - intentional or not. This is because they have guns. What about people who do not have guns - what can they do?? Being the opposition lawmaker - they should have behaved better than those CPP thuggeries/gangsters in power. The car scratching could have been an accident - where is the presumption that innocence until proven guilty preached by SRP??
