Well, isn't that true that Hun Sen is a puppet of Hanoi? In defamation law if someone accused you of anything and it turned out to be true, you can't sue them for defamation.
Hun sen is not a puppet, he is just a traitor of cambodian and the people. He only serves viet interests because by doing just that, he safeguard is power and control of cambodia.
