Call for a rally in Geneva on 16 November 2012

សភាពការណ៍នយោបាយស្រុកយើងកាន់តែប្រែប្រួលខ្លាំងឡើងៗជាលំដាប់ ។

ការអនុវត្តន៍កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព ២៣ តុលា ១៩៩១ គឺ បានត្រឹមតែចេះខាងសុំជំនួយពីបរទេស,

ជនអន្កោប្រវេសន៍ខុសច្បាប់កាន់តែកើនឡើង, ការរំលោភសិទ្ធិគ្រប់យ៉ាងចេះតែបន្ត ហើយកាន់តែធ្ងន់ឡើងៗ ។

លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ មាននៅតែលើបបូរមាត់ ឬក្រដាស់តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ។

ចន្លោះរវាងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ ២០ វិច្ឆិកា ខាងមុខនេះ ប្រទេសខ្មែរយើងនឹងទទួលប្រធានាធិបតេយ្យ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី

នៃប្រទេសមហាអំណាច ឬប្រទេសធំៗ ក្នុងពិភពលោក ដែលអ្នកទាំងនោះនឹងមកចូលរួមប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាន លើកទី២១ ។

នេះជាឱកាសដ៏ប្រសើរសំរាប់បងប្អូនខ្មែរទាំងអស់ក្នុងការសំរេចបំណងរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេសឆ្ពោះទៅរក

លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ គោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ភាពទំនើបទាន់សម័យ ជាដើម ។

អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ យើងខ្ញុំសុំអំពាវនាវជាឧឡារិកដល់បងប្អូនទាំងអស់ មកចូលរួមមហាបាតុកម្មមួយដែលនឹងរៀបចំឡើង

នាថ្ងៃទី ១៦ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១២ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ១០ ព្រឹក ដល់ម៉ោង ៥ល្ងាច នាមុខទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នៅទីក្រុងសឺណែវ

ប្រទេសស្វីស ។ សូមមេត្តាទទួលប័ណ្ណប្រកាសបាតុកម្មដែលជូនភ្ជាប់ជាមួយសារនេះ ។

បើយើងនៅស្ងៀម ប្រទេសយើងពិតជារលាយ !

តែបើយើងខ្លាចប្រទេសខ្លួនរលាយ ចូរយើងក្រោកឡើងទាមទារ ទើបប្រទេសដែលស្នេហារយុត្តិធម៌អាចជួយយើងបាន !

Chers amis,
La situation politique au Cambodge évolue très rapide et tous les jours.
21 ans après les Accords de Paix de Paris entre en vigueur, le gouvernement actuel ne sait que mendier de l'argent,

les immigrants illégaux sont de plus en plus nombreux et l'augmentation des violations de tous les droits fondamentaux.
La démocratie n'est qu'une façade ou seulement sur le papier.
La Cambodge accueillera le 21e Sommet d'Asean du 15 au 20 novembre 2012 où y participera par les Présidents et les premier Ministres des pays de grands puissants.
C'est une occasion rare pour que tous les cambodgiens et leurs amis puissent libérer le Cambodge

et l'emmener vers la vraie démocratie, les respects des droits d'humain et la modernité du 21e siècle.
De cette raison, nous faisons appel à tout le monde à manifester devant le siège de l'ONU à Genève, Suisse, du vendre 16 novembre 2012 de 10h00 au 17h00.
Nous vous prions de trouver notre affiche en pièce jointe.
Sans lutte, tôt ou tard, le Cambodge disparaîtra de la carte mondiale !

Levons-nous, luttons-nous, les autres pays nous rendront la justice !

Dear all,
The political situation in Cambodia is changing very fast and every day.
21 years after the Paris Peace Agreement enters into force, the government knows that begging for money,
illegal immigrants are increasingly numerous and increasing violations of all fundamental rights. Democracy is a facade or only on paper.
Cambodia will host the 21st ASEAN Summit of November 15th to 20th 2012 which will participate by the Presidents and Prime Ministers of powerful countries.
This is a rare opportunity for all Cambodians and friends can liberate Cambodia and to bring true democracy, the respect of human rights and the modernity of the 21st century.
This reason, we call on everyone to demonstrate outside the UN headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, November 16th 2012, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Without struggle, sooner or later, Cambodia disappear from the world map!
Let us stand up and struggle, other countries will returns us a justice!
