Ha Noi— The
Vietnamese Minister of Education and Training, Pham Vu Luan, and the
Cambodian Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Im Sethy, have agreed
to boost education exchanges and human-resource training for people in
the border provinces.
Under a plan signed yesterday, this year Viet Nam
will receive 120 Cambodian students and post-graduates studying science
and technology, Vietnamese language and other fields, while Cambodia
will admit 15 Vietnamese students to study full time at Cambodian
universities.
Viet Nam will also sent 20 Vietnamese officials
to learn the Khmer language over a two year period. Beside scholarship
programmes, the two sides will also exchange delegations.
Acknowledging support from the Vietnamese
Ministry of Education and Training in the past, Minister Im Sethy said
he hoped the co-operation continues to grow, especially in technical
education.
Minister Luan said his ministry was determined to
strengthen deeper ties with the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth
and Sports of Cambodia.
Viet Nam will continue helping in human-resources training. It will also exchange experiences in vocational training.- VNS

Here are the next wave of destruction,the exchanges students from Yuon to learns khmer's language at khmer's university.This plans are the journey westward of Ho's doctrines,the wave of tsunami will destroy khmer's race like Champa read the article about.If you gov't wanted Khmer to learn, why neglect Khmer krom!? Because Khmers krom were already under it controlled,they don't want khmers krom to learn anything.
Now once Yuon got full control of khmers kondal they won't want Khmer to learn anything like khmers krom today,be aware of Yuon's tricks folks!...

Don't we [khmers] learn anything during Sinhanuk era that sending khmers people to train in Srok Yuon as a soldier,did we khmers got anything out of those soldiers when they came back home? Now this generation walks the same road that Sinhanuk soldiers took back then.They will learn nothing from Yiek cong,but ideology to serve Yiek cong like cpp's clans.
Those kids that send to learn from Yiek cong were the offspring of Khmer that has Kbal Yuon kloun Khmer,Cpp's offspring....Hun sen and Heng Samrin or sva Kim Hoang etc...Normal Khmer's kids won't get a chance to be an exchange students,trust me on this one...

Yuon looking at the big picture long distance into the future,khmers Cpp looking at a short distance getting rich were their priority Yuon help them achieving just that in return Yuon taking land for its people called expanding westward journey.
Now journey won't end there,they trying to continuing to spread their Ho's ideology upon young Cpp childrents for the next leaders of their slave.
After they fully control khmers they forbid khmers from learn or getting smart or serving in their govt jobs,they start to eliminate smart khmers cut off all opportunity impose economy sanction on khmers like they did to khmers krom today,watch who you are dealing with,learn from khmers krom people today please.....
Khmer Krom has 1.5 million people, Srok Khmer 15 million people. Come on youns, you will be swallowed over this side of the border, we will turn you into Khmer. It's not that easy boys.
