During a 5 hour and 20 minutes speech to the parliament on 9th August, Prime Minister Hun Sen has linked ex-King Sihanouk to the current border problems, saying that the mess was left by the ex-king. He said what he is doing now is to carry on what was left by Sihanouk's legacy on border issues.
1. Son Soubert, son of resistance fighter Son Sann and member of the Consitutional Council, said Hun Sen's linking Sihanouk to current border problems indicates that Hun Sen try to avoid responsibility in the face of history.
2. Soubert said the linking of Sihanouk to current border problems is an injustice to the ex-king.
3. Soubert said Sihanouk was always concerned with Cambodian territorial integrity and he calls on Mr. Hun Sen as the prime minister to take responsibility rather than linking the border problems to the ex-king.
4. Prince Sisowath Thomico, another of the king's privy councillor, was reluctant to make any comments regarding Mr. Hun Sen's speech linking border problems to ex-King Sihanouk. However, he blames the border mess on the government that took power after the 1993 election headed by Prince Norodom Ranariddh and Mr. Hun Sen which did not implement the 1991 Paris Peace Accords to nullify treaties signed by Mr. Hun Sen in the 1980s.
5. Dr. Lao Mong Hay, an independent analyst, said it was an indication of Hun Sen's weakness for linking the present border problems to ex-King Sihanouk.
6. A few days ago, Sihanouk's cabinet has released a series of documents and letters to prove that Sihanouk was opposed to any border deals that make Cambodia losing territories to neighbouring countries.

Even though this year, next year, next decades, and next century, your Hun family still a PM, in other next centuries, your father would be inked in Cambodian history as a traitor to the nation.

Hun Sen signed many treaties to give away Khmer land to Vietnam, but he blames Sihanouk. Sihanouk never signed any treaties to give away Khmer land, Hun Sen signed many treaties in 1982, 1983, 1985 and 2005. You judge if he is a traitor or a patriot.
If you are already a bad guy, Khmers are going to kill you Hun Sen. Be smart and sell more land to Thailand and Vietnam. Who knows someday Khmers will send you into exile, and you can probably get some sympathy from Thai or Youns to let you live in their country. Think of your own future and your kids future ok?

Since any Khmer is far better than Hun Sen, why don't we ask Hun Maneth to replace his father.
Maybe, his is ashamed of his father's tract records, and he wants to change and make his own legacies to become a Khmer hero.
He is among the fiews who can talk and persuade his old man to retire early.

No matter how Hun Sen tried to hide his illegal action, he cannot escape from being a traitor. Many people know about it. Thank Gods for innovation of World Wide Web. It is not like in the ancient time, that a king could change any country history easily.
