Hun San, older brother of PM Hun Sen and director of Cambodia Shipping Agency, has on 1 August issued a statement denying that Keo Sawathey is his personal advisor as claimed after he was exposed using Hun San's name to defraud people and authorities. He called on the authorities to arrest Keo Sawathey for frauds.
