Three more senior military officers received Ph.D degrees in military science from Vietnam. They are Lt-Gen. Chea Sarorn/Saran (pictured), Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Cambodian Army, Lt-Gen. Prum Pheng, Deputy Commander of Joint Chief of Staff and Col. Nim Balen (Whale), Deputy Commander of the Tactical Command.
In 2009, 22 senior Cambodian army officers had received their academic degrees, including Ph.D degrees, from Vietnamese Military Institute.
At that time, an opposition parliamentarian, Mr. Ho Vann, had allegedly criticised their academic awards and he was sued and his parliamentary immunity was lifted.

PhD degrees from Vietnam and Cambodia are equivalent to Bachelors degrees from the United States.

What school did they graduate from Ho's school of the jungle without any record keeping school without wall,school of permanent gratitude like Huncent will be slave to Yuon for like,willing give land to Yuon because of dunb's fxxxxk gratitude.
