Rainsy is 10 times smarter than Hun Sen. He got a few master degrees from France. He was a manager of a big bank in France before he returned to Cambodia in 1991. He spent all his money in Cambodia and never stole a single cent from Cambodia. Hun Sen did not even finish high school, lived in the jungle most of his life before 1979. He is dumb and ruthless- a killer. He managed to stay in power because of his ruthlessness- killing his rivals, not because he was smart.
