I felt that govt of Hunsen is betrayed his own people in Heng dumprin village badly.It sound like Hun&Heng sold khmers people to Yuon in the modern era,why Hun&Heng so afraid of Hanoi while UN is here to watch over the weak country like Kambuja? Why signed away land/villagers khmers people away like a piece of his personal's property?
This corrupted Cpp has no respect for anyone but their families and cronies.I got a message for this villagers please fight back and protect your land with your life,don't let Yuon wins.Stay in your land and die in your land,don't betrayed your ancestors like Heng Dumprin did.
In order to protect your land near the border Khmer's gov't must develope the town and don't let people moves out of the town,people are the defend lines against all the enchroacheres whether its Yuon or Siam.If they lived near the border they must get free land and develope watt and school and police's postand more...
Please the center of the country no trying to enchroach should be developed last.If those town near the border not develope people moves out out enemies moves in by the numbers then we lose our land to them.
Siam's border and Yuon's border should be developed as soon as possible,make our defend lines by using our people give them free land to live near border,give them all land title deed and equipments to cultivation's land farming or rising cattles/livestocks whatever to protect our land etc,etc.
This is the only best solution for the poor country like Kambuja to protects and preserves our land near the border of these barbaric's thieves [Yuon&Siam] these barbaric's thieves were shameless/conscienceless greediest's animals on the planet.

Sad, just sad. This is a two front war for these locals. Viet are encroaching and if they dare stand up. They can be hurt or killed by the Viet soldiers and CPP government would just turn a blind eye. Even worst, these locals would be beaten by Khmer soldiers for incitement.
This sad beyond believe....This what I call jos terk kro peou,lourng lour kla...Yiek nam don't recognized these khmers villagers as Yuons, and khmers gov't doesn't recognized these villagers as khmers.They all get caught in the between the cracked of two counties.Yiek nam doesn't wants khmers villagers,they just wants land to put Yuon people there.
Hun& Heng had sold these villagers and land to Yuon without their knowledge, but Yuon just wants the land only. Khmers people (villagers) got nowhere to turns too,that was so sad beyond my comphrension, why Hun/Heng did this to these villagers unjustly.....
