PHNOM PENH, 18 July 2012 (Cambodia Herald) The arrest of Beehive Radio owner Mam
Sonando threatens freedom of expression, according to the Neutral and
Impartial Committee for Free and Fair Elections (NIFEC) and the
Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL).
In a joint statement Tuesday, the two organizations said the arrest was politically motivated and called for his release.
Mam Sonando has been accused of leading an attempted secession in Kratie. He was arrested at his home on Sunday after returning from abroad last week.

but,, also freedom of capture as well
however, freedom of expression within limited.
Freedom of capture? What are you talking about fellow? Freedom of expression is no limited in the real Democratic's society (world) like USA/UE.
