Phalika may have many suitors but she says she doesn't like being
pursued by phone or on the street.
Born in 1990, she moved to Veal Vong commune in Phnom Penh's Prampi Makara district in 1998. In 2007, she competed in a Freshie beauty contest and, while being knocked out in the final round, went on to win a Best Photo Shoot award.
Since then, she has been working as a presenter for TV3. She has also been cast in karaoke videos, television series and commercials and has appeared as a special guest in weekend concerts broadcast by the CTN and Apsara networks.
Keo Phalika is now in her second year at the National University of Management where she is majoring in tourism.

She says she's not considering marriage for another three to five years by which time she hopes to be working in the tourism industry. For the time being, she wants to focus on earning money to support her parents.
Keo Phalika likes modern clothes, especially flashy dresses in pink, red and blue. While she can't cook, she says she'll study cooking skills to comfort her future husband.
