This guy is a joke. He can't run the country. He may be book smart, but no one will listen to him that why he can't come back to the country. Nothing get done under him.
Nothing gets done because Hun Sen is always trying to kill him or sending off in exile. Why dont you tell your boss to allow him to do his job as an opposition.
