PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) – Interior Minister Sar Kheng (pictured) said Monday that police were sill hunting for a gunman who badly injured three women when he opened fire on striking workers at the Manhattan Special Economic Zone in Bavet last week.
Asked if the shooting was linked to the Bavet governor, Sar Kheng told reporters on the sidelines of a workshop that “it’s just one theory.” The gunman has not been apprehended yet, he added.

Of course, Sar Kheng is no different to other CPP officials. Talking is what they are good at. We need a responsible and accoutnable government if we are to see "change" in our country.
