¶2. Post retracts the request for human rights vetting pursuant to the Leahy Amendment for the below-listed individual as a candidate to attend the Comprehensive Course on Security Challenges Associated with Terrorism in South East Asia August 17-21, 2009 in Phnom Penh,
Cambodia (Reftel).

¶3. Action request: Please terminate the vetting request (Reftel) submitted to the Department for the above-named individual. Please continue the vetting request for the second named individual, Chhay Sinarith.
