Dear Friends

The Cambodian organisations in NSW including:

  • Cambodia Vision,
  • Salvation and Cambodian Culture Association (Wat Dharma Sameaky),
  • Khmer Community,
  • Cambodian Australian Welfare Council,
  • Cambodian Buddhist Society (Wat Khemarangsaram),
  • Khmer Krom and Australian Buddhist Association (Wat Rossmore),
  • Khmer Krom Cultural Centre (Wat Rathanaram),
  • Cambodian Chinese Association,
  • Australian Cambodian Growers Association,
  • Liverpool Cambodian Baptist Church,
  • Poverty Aid 4 Cambodia and
  • Rotary Club International, Liverpool West and Phnom Penh

have joined forces and Appeal for Cambodian flood victims affected by the recent flood. Poster is attached for your information. Please assist in distributing this as widely as possible to your networks. If you have Facebook, please upload the appeal and encourage your friends to join.

For those interstate and overseas friends, it would be wonderful if you could join us on 4 December, however we understand if you are not able to and you could still participate and assist by promoting this appeal and encourage people to donate.

We plan to deliver the aid directly to the victims and their families via Cambodia Vision and Rotary networks and our connections with some of the ex pats in Cambodia. We would greatly appreciate any advice from our friends in Cambodia in terms of areas of great need etc.

No contribution is too small!

Remember for our Australian professionals/trades people and businesses donations over $2 are tax deductible.

For those who intend to join us on 4/12, please kindly RSVP via this email for catering purposes.

Thank you in anticipation and wishing you all well

Thida
