PHNOM PENH, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong (pictured) said on Saturday that the territorial dispute in the South China Sea should be solved between China and the concerned countries by complying with the Declaration of Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) and recent adopted guidelines.
His remarks were made on Saturday during meeting with visiting Liu Zhenmin, assistant to Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, at the ministry.
"Both sides agreed that the South China Sea issues must be solved out between China and the states involved in the dispute only," Koy Kuong, spokesman for Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told reporters after the meeting.
"All concerned parties in the South China Sea have to comply with the (2002) DOC and adopted recent guidelines," Hor Namhong was quoted by Koy Kuong as saying to Liu Zhenmin.

Comment above lack education and rational analytical sense. This is very counter-productive arugument to convice people of the stupidity of Hor Namhong of his policy with Thailand on the issue of Preah Vihear. Please think before your type.
I wonder what do Cambodia gain from his statement? Sometimes we should solve our own problem before we become the expertise of the world affairs. Cambodia is in no position to provide anybody advise. We should seek other advise about job creation, economic development, human rights, job trainings etc. We do we have to support our people to advance in the world market? Think about who we are first before offer advise.

I have to say that I don't know anything about the South China Sea and I wouldn't make any claim that I know or understand about the issues regarding the dispute with Vietnam, China, and the Phillipine either. That's what is wrong with our Khmer culture. I have met a lof of Khmers that went to colleges or Universities, they went to school to become a teacher and get a teaching job. However, they claim to know about Financial Services (stocks, bonds, money markets, derviatives, futures, options or etc...) to me that is just wrong.
I went to college, majoring in Finance but I don't claim or to make a claim that I know how to fix an airplane or flying an airplane. We all need to be honest wiht ourselves and state what you only know only and nothing else.

Hor Nam Hong is a joke in the CPP. He had no education but ruthless in the Pol Pot Regime. He had murdered thousands of families, under his command, Sihanouk was lucky he escaped his death call. Hor Nam Hong is the gun trigger, awaiting Hun Sen orders for the trigger for fake civil war.
Hor Nam Hong, will never allow the Chinese to kill his brothers and sisters, thats why he had to bud in.
