USS Safeguard docks at Sihanoukville seaport.AKP Phnom Penh, October 18, 2011 –The United States warship USS SAFEGUARD led by Captain ED Dickerson last Friday docked at Sihanoukville Autonomous Seaport to help train and share experiences with the Cambodian Navy.
Cambodian Deputy Commander of Ream Naval Base Ros Veasna made a welcoming for the arrival of the USS SAFEGUARD, which is expected to foster the relationship between the naval armies of the two countries.
Captain Ed Dickerson said the USS SAFEGUARD with 59 crews on board will stay in Cambodia from Oct. 14 to 28 to learn Cambodian culture and to provide technical training to Cambodian navy, as well as to promote the friendship and cooperation between the navy of the two nations.
The USS SAFEGUARD is a technical ship of the U.S. Navy with 14 meters width, 78 meters long and 3,500 tones.

What do u mean Autonomous Seaport ? U mean that Sihanoukville Seaport is already belong to Chinese ? If it still belongs to Khmer, then there is no Autonomous.
