A union representative summoned by Phnom Penh Court

The Phnom Penh Court has summoned a union representative to appear before the court on charges of fraud and impersonation.

Ms. Lay Sokha, 31 years old who is a union representative for workers at SH Garment factory has been summoned to appear before the court on 5th October at 9 am.

The summon failed to state the nature of her fraud and impersonation, but said that in the event that she fail to appear as summoned, the court shall order that she be brought to court be force.
