Cambodian union representatives met with U.S Special Envoy

On the morning of 14th October 2011, 5 representatives of unions have met for breakfast with Ms. Barbara Shailor, a special representative from the U.S.A to discuss about the "new union laws" that's been drafted by the Cambodian parliament.
