AKP Phnom Penh, October 18, 2011 —Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has sent a letter to his Japanese counterpart H.E. Yoshihiko Noda, expressing deep thanks to Japan for sharing its grief and providing 25 million yens in (approx. $320,512) relief aids to the flood victims.
