I see, even Russia is trying to insert itself in Southeast Asia, Cambodia of Indochina to be exact. This is sending messages to China and USA that big Russia will not be idling on the sideline of regional influence. Russia would like get more costmers to purchase its military hardwares, and Cambodia is that potential customer. A year to two ago, 96 tanks and APCs was purchased by Cambodia from undisclosed eastern European country. Could this has something to do with Russian Navy visiting Cambodia? Maybe WikiLeak might have something on this.

Russia got some top military equipments. It is interesting to see everybody visiting Cambodia after they found out there are oil and potential customer to sell hardware.

America has just installed a nuclear detector at Sihanoukville because it is afraid that countries such as Russia, China, N. Korea or Iran might transfer their nuclear technology or even nuclear weapons to Cambodia or to terrorists via Cambodia.

It is interesting to see all superpowers are converging on Cambodia, but we have to know that Cambodia might become a battle ground for the superpowers who might be fighting for influence in the region by using Cambodia as a battle ground, like what they have done to Vietnam in the 1960s and 1970s.
