This is great! Cambodia should continue to take proactive leadership to set the tone in the relationship. This is very good gesture from PM Hun Sen to let Thailand knows that Cambodia wants negotiation over gun fights. Cambodia should put the agenda send to Thailand and run the meeting. Be proactive, dont let the issue sit or wait for thing to blow up. Cambodia should also follow up with ASEAN on where it stands. I haven't heard anything from Dr. Marty. Cambodia should continue to utilize ASEAN and UN. Both parties should be informed of all negotiation talks with Thailand.
