The genocide trial for the four surviving leaders of Cambodia's Khmer Rouge movement has again been delayed, with the court ordering a psychiatric assessment of one of the defendants.
The UN-backed tribunal says defendant Ieng Thirith (pictured), the former social affairs minister, must undergo psychiatric tests to determine whether she is mentally fit to stand trial.
The court admits that will further delay the start of the case against the four former leaders because all four are to be tried at the same time.
