In anticipation of tomorrow's decision by the International Court of Justice with regard to the territory surrounding Preah Vihear Temple, the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) today, 17 July 2011, issues a press statement calling for a permanent peace between Cambodia and Thailand and a briefing note on the tensions between the two countries.
