[Oklahoma's] Tulsa Individuals are Joining Together in a Campaign to Bring Sustainability to a Cambodian Orphanage

The Greater Tulsa Reporter
6th June, 2011

Over the next two weeks individuals in Tulsa and across the country are joining together for one cause: to bring sustainability to a Cambodian orphanage. The 120 Campaign, a campaign created by local non-profit Go International, is giving the community the ability to be a part of creating change in the world.

The campaign offers individuals the opportunity to pledge $100 in order to buy one parcel of land that will be a part of a 120 parcel farm that Go International is purchasing in order to bring sustainability to an orphanage of 80 orphans in Cambodia. Together, the Tulsa community will be raising $12,000 in order to purchase the farm for the orphanage and bring lasting change.

In 2009, it was declared by UNICEF that there are approximately 163 million orphans in the world today with 5,760 children being added everyday to that already astonishing figure. In the next 120 seconds, 24 children will die because of hunger related issues.

To join the 120 Campaign and donate $100 to Go International and be apart of purchasing the Cambodian farm please visit: http://gointernational.tv/2011/05/25/2597/

Go International, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, is a student driven non-profit organization that focuses on aiding the needs of people around the world through humanitarian initiatives and projects internationally.
