There are reports that the International Court of Justice has requested for more information from Cambodia and Thailand about the situations and conditions of the internally displaced persons before beginning its deliberation.

Cambodia has lodged a complaint against the Thai aggression by asking the ICJ to order Thailand to withdraw its troops from Cambodian territory and to stop its aggression against Cambodia. The court session ended on 31st May and the court said it will begin deliberation soon.

However, there are reports that the court had requested for more information regarding the situations and conditions of people displaced by the fighting before it can deliver its deliberations.

The reports said that before closing the court session on Tuesday, a Brazilian judge had asked both Cambodia and Thailand to provide a written report about the situations and the conditions of the displaced persons and deliver it to the court by 6th June. The court will then examine the reports and will forward the reports of another country to its opponent by 14th June for them to respond to the other side's report.

In the court of laws if the juries come back really quick it mean guilty verdict if the court going to delivery the verdict in the next couple of months it expecting the guilty verdict how the way Thailand doing it nothing new is challenge the court jurisdiction it is very dangerous game but any way Thailand have nothing to lose in Thailand dream just in case just in case the judge get drunk and the verdict in Thailand way but it 16 of them it not possible just dream on Thailand.

If the verdict as expected in Cambodia way Thailand will lose every thing the judges not going to alter any previous verdict but just make more clearer for uneducated Thailand to Understand and send the signal to other don't try to design your own map it not worth it .

It not enough, just suing Thailand to withdraw their troops from Cambodia soil,Cambodia should sue them on others crimes such as shelling on world heritage temple, using banned weapons such as cluster bombs and poison gas bombs on Cambodians soldiers.

Preavihear Temple was built by Khmer king and the land surrounding it do belong to Cambodia as it stated clearly in the map(1962) that agreed by both countries.I wonder how Thai lawyers going to spin this case in front of the ICJ.

If Thailand is found guilty,Cambodia should take a another step, sue them for the cost of war.
We injure so much pain and abuses under this aggressive nation.Cambodia should learn from this lesson of how to defence ourself in the twenty first century.

Learn from Israel,small but powerful.

Thailand Prime Minister is British born.Abhisit Vejajjiva. Born in England, Abhisit attended Eton College and earned bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Oxford. Make Hun Sen look a local peasant. This man has a real degrees not like Hun Sen and his ministers with fake degrees etc
