Chhum Socheat indicated that the new recruitment of troops is not related to the border dispute with Thailand, but that it was done to replace soldiers who retired or are invalid. He said that the recruitment is conducted through an announcement issued by the ministry of Defense to fill army intervention unit no. 2 and brigade no. 41.

Cambodian military need to get serious. I know they have been neglecting in giving what the soldiers really need. Hopefully, after having a few clashes with Thailand enemy, they're starting to see their disadvantage comparing to Thailand.
Cambodia, please remember the prophecy: Our time might be coming; if you look at what is going around Thailand, China, Vietnam, Burma, Philiphine, Brunei, Singapore, and Malaysia. It looks like 8 forces coming together for show down infornt of the 4 faces river to me. I am not sure how it get to show down infront of the 4 faces river. The KR period went; it match accurately as the prophecy stated. Many Cambodian lived through those time and they can attest that it was corrected as the prophecy stated.
