AKP –To advance mutual support, an official ground breaking ceremony for the construction of Cambodia-Vietnam military friendship building was held on Apr. 2 in the Phnom Penh-based Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF)’s Headquarters.
Cambodian Gen. Mam Sam, Chief of Cabinet to the RCAF commander in chief, and Gen. Pham Duc Thang, Chief of Vietnamese Military Attaché to Cambodia, who represented the two countries, presided over the ceremony.
“Vietnam has been providing both spiritual and physical support to Cambodian military and this support plays a significant role when Cambodia is undergoing military reform. The military friendship building proves another support in this course,” said Gen. Pham Duc Thang.
The construction of the friendship building will last for one year and cost approximately US$450,000. Hoko Design and Build Company has been commissioned for the construction. –AKP

4:39 AM,they now constructed it at RCAF’s Headquarters but next building it probably will be on your house's lot.Your panic is justifiable and will last a long long time because now they start to look were are your house is located!.
