Foreign Minister Prince Norodom Kantol's letter to the UN Security Council 23 April 1966 on Thai attacks and capture Preah Vihear temple

All,

Enclosed are (1) a copy of Foreign Minister Prince Norodom Kantol's letter to the UN Security Council on 23 April 1966 about Thai attacks and capture of Preah Vihear Temple and (2) Huot Sambath's letter to the UN Secuirty Council of 17 May 1966 on the same issue.

What's happening now at Preah Vihear is a repeat of the 1960s.

Regards

Thanks you លោក Bora Touch for these rare and authentic documents.
It proves that Siam had not changed a tiny bit in her behavior for all these years.
It must be very hard for the wild tribe who used the
raiding looting and plundering skill as their daily living habit to change into a civilized citizen of the modern world. It all hardwired into their brain. You would think that their past encounter with their Angkorean master and the Buddhist environment had some impact on them, but apparently not.

In 2008, Cambodian troops captured 10 Thai soldiers, on 4th February 2011 Cambodian troops captured 4 Thai soldiers and on 5th February 2011 Cambodian troops captured 1 Thai soldier. All have been released unharmed, but Thai troops raided Cambodian outpost in 1966 and captured 5 Cambodian troops and executed them all. How cruel and barbaric that was. That was war crime that Cambodia didn't take Thailand to the International Criminal Court because it didn't exist yet. This shows that Cambodian troops are more civilized than Thai troops who were and still are cruel and barbaric.

Cambodia should bring this issue up, i hate how a AN OLD THAI BITCH DARE TO SAY KHMER SOLDIERS ARE UNCIVILIZED AND UNEDUCATED when these dogs EXECUTED CAMBODIAN SOLDIERS during 1960s clash, and murdering at least 20+ Cambodian CIVILIANS along the borders during 2006-2011 Preah Vihear Clash. SO MUCH FOR THE CIVILIZED ROYAL THAI ARMY.
