Former Prime Minister Pen Sovan (pictured) from 1979-1981 made a very chilling speech attacking the ruling Cambodian People's Party and Vietnam. He attacked the Cambodian government's policy of granting land concessions to Vietnamese companies and Vietnamese war veterans by confiscating lands from poor Cambodians.
He also made reference to his arrest and jailing from 1981-1991, saying that he was jailed in a dark cell for the whole 10 years. Pen Sovan's speech is undated, but could be as recently as 2009 0r 2010. Please listen to Pen Sovan's speech part two.

All poticalical party if you want to win, you must make people hope and believed in futur, what will benifite to nation if you run the country. your political plateform must be beter than Hun sen. Can any one of you Sam Rainsy or Kem sokha show clear pland or pictur how you could 1000 percent drive youn out?. you have to make people believe in your system or your blue print, I notice that most of you are just arouse people anger, and you are not responsible for what you did. please take mentor to help you, or you must be chang your stratergy, so far what you had don is not smart at all, and try to see yourself as you are very much alike, you are not deferent from man and women around you, you don't have such supperio qualily at all. It very hard to make people trust because the goverment keep discredit him right away to what he said even he said is right. they get the tv and radio to manipulate what he spoke and other thing Soon and later they will arrest all the rival even sar kheng. Now Hun sen want to freeze sar kheng as he can because he is the only one in his mine that can make him a problem later. sar kheng now he know but he can survive or not you will be see it.
