Rong Chhun's CWC delegates visit border post no. 109 which is planted smack in the middle of Cambodian orchard

In the morning of 05 Dec 2010, Mr. Rong Chhun, President of the Cambodia Watchdog Council led a 21-person delegation to visit the locations of border post no. 108 and 109 In Kandoal village, Da commune, Memot district, Kampong Cham. A local villager claimed that border post no. 109 was planted inside his cashew tree orchard. What Rong Chhun's delegates observed was that the border post was indeed smack in the middle of the orchard belonging to Cambodian farmers. The photo above shows Rong Chhun holding a press conference on the spot.
