Public reminder on the events in Philadelphia on this weekend


Dear Friends and Compatriots,

As friendly reminder, we would like to invite everyone to come and join our sincere condolences to the family of the victims from the stampede tragedy at the Koh Pich Bridge, killed and injured hundreds of people during the last day of the Water Festival on November 22, 2010.
