CCHR Press Release - Government should choose to embrace online dialogue rather than censorship

The Cambodian Center for Human Rights today, 17 December 2010, issues a press release titled "Government should choose to embrace online dialogue rather than censorship" after it learned that the government planned to shut down Ki-Media website, which is a fierce critic of the government.
