It's so sad, to see this auspicious celebration turn out to be one of great human tragedies. It seem to me that many victims did not have enough on hand treatment such as doctors,medics,nurses and ambulances.
Police chief and event organizer should be the one to be responsible for this disaster. Lives could have been saved, if we have people,who understand their jobs and responsibilities.
I also would like to urge all Khmer communities abroad to send word of condolences to the families though websites to show that we are still a nation that united, care and loving one,despite we have different political objection.
All my thought and condolences to all the families, who have lost their love one.
