A delegation from the Cambodian Watchdog Council (CWC), led by Mr. Rong Chhun, will go ahead with their planned visit to Cambodia-Vietnam borders despite warnings from authority not to do so.
Mr. Rong Chhun, chairman of CWC, told RFA that he plans to lead a delegation to visit border post No. 109 in Da commune, Memot district in Kampong Cham province after villagers complained that Vietnamese authority had planted border posts inside their lands. "If we see the posts had been planted inside Cambodian territory, we will make a report to the government and the Cambodian Border Commission to consider and we will ask the government to postpone the border post planting, waiting for further studies and corrections before planting the posts again", he said.
A villager from memot, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told RFA on 11th November that the border post plantings on 27th October have been planted inside villagers' ancestral lands. "(The border post plantings) have caused villagers to lose their lands. If they think that I exaggerate it, please come to see for themselves on the spots, they will see for themselves that the border posts were planted inside people's mango garden", he said.
Mr. Khy Bun Hak, a councillor for Da commune, admitted that border posts were planted inside villagers' lands, but said that it is not his commune's repsonsiblity to resolve this issue. "The people have farmed for a long time in the spots where the posts were planted. The posts were really planted 100 metres deep inside their mango farms because on the other side the Vietnamese planted sugar cane and on the Cambodian side, Cambodian farmers grow cashew", he said.
Mr. Var Kimhong, chairman of Cambodian Border Commission, said border demarcations have been done correctly and meticulously. He said the authority will not allow Mr. Rong Chhun's delegation to visit the sites because it will disturb the demarcation works being done in the areas. "What expertise does Mr. Rong Chhun have to prove that we have lost lands? Please explain where we have lost our lands? We are not hiding anything, but please explain, don't just talk because talking and accusing is very easy. Does he think that the government is very stupid to let our country lose the lands? If we allow our lands to be lost, what is the purpose of demarcating the borders?", he said.

Mr. Var Kimhong's explanation is very vague and very childish. Who is Var Kimhong?, How much education did he had?, What kind of background does he has?, How did he got appointed to be the chairman of Cambodian Border Commission?, What kind of family tree he came from?. Is he being paid by the enemy of his own people?, or simply, Is he just scare to dead of the Vietnamese authorities?, that he was told to do and to say by the Viet.

It seem like Mr. Kimhong is having speech impediment, he is always incapable of articulating his speech and explanation pertaining to his sole duty as a representative of a country just like any other country government representative that have only one objective, to defend the territories integrity and sovereignty for their country and people. For Mr. Kimhong, our Cambodian people really don't know anything about him, his objective and his motivation.

So far, Mr. Var Kimhong had demonstrated that he had hidden agendas from our people. I can only making my own conclusion that the demarcation border with Vietnam were illegitimate, the Vietnamese were having the last word, and we were having the short end of the stick

Var Kimhong's words here prove that he is one of Cambodia's biggest traitors. He said that Cambodia didn't lose any lands and the government didn't hide anything, yet he banned Rong Chhun from visiting the spots. He said border planting didn't cause Cambodia to lose any lands, but why did the farmers said their lands have been chipped away? This proved that Var Kimhong doesn't know what he is talking about or he knows that Vietnam chipped away Cambodia's lands but he turns a blind eye. Cambodia that ruled by traitors like Var Kimhong and Hun Sen will not survive beyond the 21st century.

I believed that the Vietnamese Communist leader had depressed and heartbroken because Hanoi planed to erase Cambodian people and dominate INDOCHINA against China, but unfortunately, the United Nations kicked them out of Cambodia. Therefore, the Vietnamese Communist leader will have heart attack and anxiety because China willing to pump and back up of Cambodia's economic growth. At the same time, China-Pla and Vietnamese Communist still tension of the South China Sea. Sooner, or later, China will hit the Hanoi; who knows.
