An ant hill shaped in resemblance of Buddha has caught the eye of many locals in Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province.
Workers stumbled upon the hill while extracting latex at a rubber plantation in the province.
The ant hill is about 40 centimetres tall and can be seen to reflect the Sakyamuni Buddha sitting in his meditation posture. As soon as the discovery was made public, thousands of locals along with people from neighbouring provinces flocked to the site to see this “miracle” with their own eyes and make ceremonial offerings.
Hoang Thi Minh, a local from Rach Bap Hamlet, An Tay Commune, Ben Cat District said, “This is such a strange phenomenon that cannot be explained. I think it is a very good omen presented to us from above and that’s why many people have travelled a great distance to come here and worship the Buddha.”
A sort of “fence” was put in place in order to protect this special ant hill from being damaged. However, the number of people who flock here continues to rise and has caused considerable disorder to the region.
The local authorities have since asked Ben Cat District’s Buddhism representatives to move this figure to Long Hung Pagoda, Tan Dinh Commune for people to come and worship so that order can be restored in the area where it was discovered.

Even ants are Buddhists? Must learn from the people they observed.
In the bible there was an incident of a talking donkey. No joke, it talked to its own master.
Jesus died, and came back to life? What a joke! Yet, he left the earth without tell his followers when he'll be back. What a joke.
People in Asia would rather worship other shit instead of Jesus
Ant Hill represents Khmer Krom People who will surely put a strong pressure on Hanoian leaders to respect KK rights and Buddhist religion.
Ant Hill represents Yuon who will be forced to give back all plundered lands of Khmer people to Khmer people in the near future!
Khmer love Khmer!
